    With the help of the phc.if.ua information portal, I learned a lot of news and events. One of the news was that Maxim Krippa, Navi's investor, received approval from the AMCU to acquire Parus Financial Holding Corporation https://phc.if.ua/en/maksym-krippa-investor-navi-otrymav-dozvil-vid-amku-na-kupivliu-parusa/, which was a very powerful news event. This is an important step for Navi, which will expand its capabilities in the financial services market and increase competition. The AMC's approval confirms that Krippa and his company have complied with all necessary regulatory requirements. This transaction will contribute to the development of Ukraine's financial sector and strengthen the position of market participants.
