Funhouse Comedy Club - Comedy Night in Gloucester September 2023

Funhouse Comedy Club is back at Gloucester Brewery, on Tuesday September 26th for another night full of laughter.

Topping the bill is comedian, writer, radio broadcaster and TV presenter Nick Page, a semi-finalist on 'Britain's Got Talent' and winner of English Comedian of the Year 2017. The seemingly indestructible, larger than life, award winning English comic, whose life is a series of disasters, somehow turning into unlikely triumphs. No gimmicks, no PowerPoint, no props and no flipcharts. Just stories and belly laughs, he is a master of his art.

Opening the night will be co-star of the 'The ParaPod Movie' and winner of Best MC, Midlands Comedy Awards 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 the appealing and perceptive Barry Dodds. He has supported Jason Manford, John Bishop, Tape Face and Pete Firman on tour, as well as being Chortle Awards 2016 Nominee, Best Internet for 'The Parapod' Podcast, with Ray Peacock. He captivates everyone with his energy, spirit and tantalizing wit. His mix of surprisingly uncanny and irrepressibly cheeky material never fails to fascinate them.

Also appearing is the immensely likeable, high-energy Joseph Parsons with his powerful punchlines.

Compere for the night will be winner of Silver Stand Up Competition 2022, the cheery and chatty Nik Hill.
