Hello forum users.
My name is Paul and I am considering setting up a property selling business in Hungary. I am looking for a business partner based in Hungary to sell cheap village houses. I set up a property company in Europe 7 years ago which is still going well dispite the current economic crisis in the UK. I am not looking for capital investment but rather a partner with their 'feet on the ground'. I can travel to Hungary at short notice.

Hi Eszter. I did try but my site did not generate any enquiries for real estate in Hungary.
However I would be interested still if you could find very cheap houses. Buying them and selling on staged payments would be the way forward. Check out how I do it in Bulgaria bulgarianoverseasproperty.com
