I was doing the computations for my monthly expenses when I got to my credit card billing statement. It really surprised me that I had apparently spent over a thousand dollars on a foreign marriage agency, which I don’t remember signing up for at all. How do I address this wrongful billing to my account? I don’t want to pay for something that I didn’t order.
