Jazz and world music

Bahla paint a sonic picture of Jewish identity, past, present and future through Jazz.

Led by pianist Joseph Costi, the group were invited to perform at The BBC Proms in 2015 and have immersed themselves in the cracks of Jewish music traditions taking inspiration from Russia, Yemen and Morocco.
