Sample and learn to pair Wine with Cheese at at this special pre-Christmas tasting suitable for everyone from beginners to connoisseurs. Taste 7 wines and 7 artisan cheeses locally sourced.

Cheese is often considered the perfect partner to wine, but it's not always that easy. At this special pre-Christmas tasting we'll sample 7 wines matching them with seven top quality cheeses from around the world, specially selected for their festive popularity!

We'll be teaching the principles of cheese and wine matching so you can get it right first time when you try it at Christmas.

The line-up may vary (proper cheese shops seasonally adjust their range), but is likely to include:

Goat's cheese with Pouilly Fumé
Salty cheddar with a Barolo
French Brie with Viognier
Domaine du Vallage with Champagne
Lincolnshire with Red Burgundy
Comte with Chardonnay
Stilton and Port

Biscuits for cheese are included and details of where to source the wines locally if you want to get your hands on the pairings you like the most.
