The CIPS Level 2 Certificate has been designed to aid anyone who would like to not only develop and improve their skills in the workplace, but achieve a recognised qualification too.

- Procurement and supply stakeholders

Who is it aimed at?
This CIPS training course is aimed at anyone who buys on behalf of an organisation, and has little, or no experience in procurement. Also suitable for anyone who has no formal purchasing and supply qualifications. A great taster of what can be achieved by applying best practice.Typical job titles of those at this level are:
- Administrative assistant
- Purchasing Assistant
- Contracts Administrator
- Stock Controller
- Merchandiser

Equivalent to:
GCSE or NVQ2

What skills will I learn?:
Core skills learnt in CIPS Level 2 Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations will be to recognise and describe key transactional processes of purchasing and supply.Students will develop a robust knowledge in:
- Creating quotations and contract tender documentation
- E-systems
- Assessing quotations
- Addressing customer enquiries
- Supplier selections
- Supplier performance issues and reviews
