Malas and Mantras: Meditation and Workshop
Mantra means "mind protection." It is a powerful method to enhance the qualities of your body and mind. Reciting mantras helps calm your mind, let go of negative thoughts, and connect with enlightened inspiration and power.
In this workshop, you'll learn what mantra is and how to practice a powerful mantra meditation that you can do to help develop a calm, balanced, and inspired mind. Then you'll learn how to make your own mala, or Buddhist prayer beads, which you can use while reciting mantras.
Workshop cost includes materials to make one 108-bead mala.
