You should probably try to focus on connecting with recruiters and consulting companies since many of them have a good understanding of international moves. Also they can tap into their network of clients for you. They all seem to speak English and my experience has been positive. This is as opposed to trying to make headway with the large companies directly.
Plus I imagine with your nationality will help. So best of luck with your move :)Cheers
