company will cancel your visa because 1st if you get the final exit that mean company will no more paying for CPR insurance gouss insurance so once non of this will be paid automatically you name or visa will be canceled
and the company will have no benefit to keep ur visa so company didn't cheated you visa is on your name it can not be transfer to anyone else name so don't worry
the only thing u need to make sure that you got final exit on your passport
