absconding ban

hi! i want to know

hi! i have friend who have lifetime ban. she got new sponsor when they apply the visa. they see in immigration that she have life time ban. now she dont know how to remove the ban. pls we need advice. thanks.

  hi sir my sponsor put me and all employees of my company , we are working with the owner ,my labor card was finished in April 10-2014 , that time i knew that i was in absconding ,so iam go to the sponsor and give absconding removing application , i got a date from mol for hearing .im gone with my sponsor for hearing, then then i got a date to get result but the result was rejected and that person said to me go to the al awir emigration. then i call my sponsor he said he will try, idont now what i do now ,can u help me my mo no is 0503047366
