Moving to Greece

Kostas is right, it is best to go there first to see whether it really is the sort of thing that you can settle into.
Greece, like most of the world at the moment (England is the same), is suffering from a financial crisis, jobs are not easy to get and life is that much harder.
Saying that, Greece is a beautiful country and has a much more relaxed pace than places like USA and England. London in comparison, for instance, is a stress bucket.
Whatever you do, don't make the mistake of assuming you know what it's like there before you even get to the airport. Check the place out first and observe the minuses as well as the pluses.
