Arrange and preside project progress Meetings at site at regular intervals during construction in order to coordinate progress of the works and prepare an agenda for each meeting. Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meeting. Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report. Review contractor’s payment requests and issue payment certificates. Review contractor’s change order proposals, claims, Request for clarifications etc. and prepare recommendations to the client. Leading the complete project team.
