I need to let a room in my flat, double room. The flat is huge enough, two bathroom and 4 cats living with me. Rent € 350 per month all inclusive. I'm looking for some english american mothertongue lodger if possible.
I live in Firenze Nova, the place is well connected (train, bus).

  It's what you mean. The owner lets a room, then people rent. The room I have will be available from July the 1st. There're two girls and a boy. The rent is € 250 pr month (expenses not included). Flat on the second floor, 5 rooms, 1 bathroom, lift, internet connection. If you like to check the map the address is: Firenze 50134 Via del Palazzo Bruciato 5.

  What you mean room to let? you are giving a room for rent in your flat?
  Im interested to rent a shared apartment in florence, will study there from september.
