All the registered and presented papers will be temporarily included in ACM International Conference Proceedings Series（ISBN：978-1-4503-9585-4), which will be submitted to Engineering Village, Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing.

Selected papers with high quality will be recommended to publish in international journals.
