We are thrilled to invite you to, Resilience in our own words – an evening of immigrant storytelling, art, and food! This bilingual (English/Spanish) event will take place on October 13th from 5:30 to 8:00 pm at the Arizona Jewish Historical Society. The event features four immigrant artists, two immigrant storytellers, two live performances, and yummy Nepali dumplings from Mr.Momo. Get ready for an unforgettable evening of connection and community.

We are also hosting a silent auction for the original piece "A Wish for Familia", by Diana Amé - a rising immigrant artist in our community and former PLAN client. Her piece symbolizes the power of family bonds and the yearning immigrants feel in seperating from their famlies. Proceeds from the auction will be shared equally between Diana and PLAN!

Don't miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of immigrant creativity and resilience. RSVP now, and join us for an inspiring evening on October 13th!

This event is made possible thanks to Arizona Humanities and The Virginia G. Piper Creative Writing Center.
