Denial Of Exit Visa And Final Settlement !

Hi ,

My employer has denied me exit visa and final settlement and is instead asking me to pay 3000 SAR which is not due as per employment contract.

Please advise me how i can get my exit visa and final settlement and how much time does it take for me to get my exit visa through approaching the labor office.

Please provide reference to some labor advocate with reasonable charges for support my release of exit visa.
