I am working in Limited contract since April 2014 (expiry date April 2016) drawing salary of AED 5000 and I am completed 1 year 1 month. Now I got a new offer with AED 7000 in Abu Dhabi in the same field. If I want to resign from my job I want to pay 45 days salary and sometimes my company will endorse me 1 year labor ban, is it possible to lift my ban with a new salary package or by paying some amount to lift ban. Kindly help me. thanks
