Prepare your game face because on 29 September Ria Malay Kitchen is throwing down a culinary battle royale: kitchen versus bar, food versus beverage.

Five courses, five cocktails: 100% genius.

Is it the food leading the beverage or the beverage leading the food? That’s for you to decide, as Ria’s kitchen delivers some of the most skilful and seamless flavour combinations to date.

From spicy chicken mince with Asian herbs and green cabbage paired with Serai Wangi: a lemongrass infused vodka with lime, coconut soda and lemongrass syrup; through to traditional spicy beef rendang with pandan rice and roti accompanied by a Malay Mule: whisky, mint, fresh lime and a generous kick from house made ginger beer; you best cancel your Friday morning meetings.
