The Hold On You Matter - Walk to Make a Difference!

Dear members of the community,

With the rapidly changing, even unbelievable times in which we live, it becomes more important to hold on to the events we find most meaningful, and to remind ourselves how far we have come. That is why it is time to say We Held On!

In our first opportunity since the Pandemic began, we are thrilled to be having the Hold On You Matter Walk to Make a Difference! Saturday, November 6th at 1 PM! Over the years this event to promote suicide prevention and awareness has brought together members of the Bucks community with a message of hope and resilience.

Join your neighbors, family, and friends at the Upper Bucks Campus of Bucks County Community College, One Hillendale Road, Perkasie, PA 18944 to help us raise awareness and support the work that saves lives. The Walk to Make a Difference is one of the most important ways to support suicide prevention in Bucks County.
