I'm a fun outgoing person from a 'not so average' background. I am an Arab-American who comes from a multi cultural family. I spent the early part of my life growing up in Khafji, Saudi Arabia then moved to the U.S. and bounced between the U.S. and Kuwait since then. Often utilizing postmortem data to improve processes for upcoming cycles, available metrics for budget forecasting and planned production deployment purchases.  Collecting, analyzing, and improving on metrics, such as service availability data, performance measures, system health, and long-term trends used to standardize new automation tools, techniques, and applications resulting in greater productivity and optimal use of current automation systems. Supervising teams of lab technicians ranging in size from small to large.
