I’m Jess from Malaysia previously working as a Customer Service Executive or Internal Sales Admin to assist Business Development Director (Sales/Marketing Department). Currently residing to New Zealand & I’m a house wife now because it’s hard to get an offer job unless I’m veryx2 lucky to receive a job offer (maybe I’m not qualify to work in NZ). I believe everyone will love to contribute and work even where they are living unless it’s unfortunate as Income = spending {contribute back to the society unless income are less, I have notice that in my back country we both (husband & wife earning) we spend more at restaurant, donation to (Orphanage Home/Old Folk Home + Unicef) & hangout with friend compare now because we only have one Income(from my husband), we have limited to spend but NZ is a nice place to live, peaceful, people are nice, good weather, less pollution & most important are the people here is loyal} I’m a passionate, optimistic & dedicated woman who takes up responsibilities with greatest enthusiasm and see to it that I complete my tasks and assignments in time. I’ve a great amount of persistence to achieve my goal. My optimistic and planned approach in things I do is what driving me towards my success. As how I strive for perfection in things, I expected the results are deliver as per my superior expectation to be met. If things go out of control or go way out of track, I go an extra mile and contribute my efforts, in getting things done. I love music & travelling – It’s very important to plan a travel trip to other country for a holiday to learn and see their culture & I believe is help when return to work as sometime if the company have an intention to open up a market which you have been travel before it will be more handful to handle the customer. (Always treat your customer as your friend to give them a comfort & trustee for the support & they will feel the company are supporting them well, therefore if there is a new business up customer will be the first to inform you) I come from Chinese family born in Malaysia and brought up in the multi-cultured society, multi-cuisine flavors of Malaysia. I’m the second child’s of my parent. I’ve an elder brother & younger sister who is currently working in Malaysia. My elder brother is an accountant Manager in Education Industries & my youngest sister is an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a FMCG Industries. Both of them are brilliant me.

One a month cooking at home to bring it for orphanage home or old folk home as a donation for the kids & old people enjoy the food. (Fried Rice/Fried Noodle & fried chicken) Interest go to Temple visit and donate Dana/lighting, also buy insane for prayer in the temple.

Customer Service Executive (Export Department) Internal Sales Admin or Sales Co-ordinator Supporting job for Sales & Marketing Department especially handle all MD clients instead of the customer pass to sales manager as in ASIAN country there a common of salesman will open a company with support by the existing customer which was handle by a salesman. Boss or Owner of the company normally will employ a Internal Sales support Admin staff (Women) to handle all big client to avoid big clients/supporting customer will run to a competitor company its to sustain the company even some small amount customer are run together with the salesman. JOB related as below :- Primary Job Function :- • To prepare quotation, order confirmation c/w artwork printing confirmation and assists to keep track of payment from customer. • To prepare delivery schedule, custom invoice Free Trade Zone customer and Issue Invoice & Delivery for both local & overseas customer. • To assist my superior to promote new product development for existing & new customer. • To update and maintain customer database, prepare weekly complaint report for management (Voice of Customer- this is important as all customer complaint issue will discuss in the meeting with all HOD especially production/QA/Planner&R&D). To make arrangement to send out sample to customer when necessary. • To provide excellent customer support by building close customer relationships and ensuring fast response time to queries and complaints. Preparation of customer quotes as requested within set guidelines. • Regularly communicating with dispatch, manufacturing and purchasing ensuring schedule order and delivered on time and regularly communicating with customer for early schedule to be sent to us by e-mail/fax. • Handle new customer 3M (Seremban) Sdn Bhd/ Singapore New Market (BHT Trading/Sterile Medical)/Thailand customer (Kimberly Clark) / Outstation new customer (Medical Packaging) from inquiry to delivery. Coordination: • To assist head of department to develop and formulate, implement and review the policies, procedures guidelines, flow charts, standards and forms for the department in accordance with ISO9001 requirements and standards. • To ensure relevant ISO9001 requirement and standards are executed and implemented. With this implementation, constant monitoring is being carried out within the department to ensure consistency before external ISO auditor come for ISO audit to renew a ISO Certificate for the company. • To motivate team members improving the current system of customer service department in terms of filing, documentation flows and forms to achieve transparency and continuity. • Ensure payment or advance payment received for all Cash on Delivery customers before delivery. Documentation: • Prepare and updating Purchase Order balance daily. • Other duties will be assigned by Business & Market Development Manager from time to time. • Secure continuous Purchase Order from local/Northern Thailand Customers & Oversea(eg. Singapore & Australia). To prepare Quotation for Trading company and sample requisition form if sample is needed. • Monitor on the PO balance and make sure the customers send in the new PO timely without affecting their delivery. Communicating with customers on issue pertaining to delivery problem (egg. Delay), D.O. bill of landing, airway bill and after sales service (will submit a annual customer survey form for customer to comment on our company servicing/support & product for improvement). • Co-ordinate and follow up with store regarding quantity of product and to meet the ETD/ETA. (FIFO Stock Qty + Production planner output Qty it's to ensure the company did not keep extra stock as effected for a company cash FLOW- "I manage to clear a lots of old stock for the company by discussing with customer for a special discount rather than the stock change in color & Scrap it at least our factory can sell in a cost & I always believe customer are nice and understandable it's depend on how we are handle with them in a polite manner") • To monitor and co-ordinate with production and planning department for ETD date. To verify price, quantity and PO details on all incoming PO before submit to Material Planner Co-ordinator.
