Hi Obrien,
House cost - depending on location and apartment conditions may vary from 300 till 3000 manat (1 manat = 1 euro). If you know someone in Azerbaijan, then will be cheaper for you to rent apartment via them, not directly.
Not clear, what do you mean under "commercial city"....

Hi Obrien, The things a guy mentioned above are right. As i got u want to launch business here,if any questions.
