Ticket inspectors in Budapest...

I am the only one or does anyone else have bad experience with the ticket inspectors in Budapest? Within a week I met them like three times and even though I had my ticket and everything, they were quite rude. A friend of mine was even more unlucky, because when he arrived to the Budapest for the first time, he forgot to validate the ticket and they were threatening him with a fine and calling police. He told them they have no legal right to ask for any type of ID so they were even more rude. And the best thing? When he paid the fine, they didn't want to give him a receipt!!
