Sometimes HP printers automatically turn on the "Use Printer Offline" feature and because of this, your HP printer says offline. HP printer offline fix error is not so easy. Please follow the instructions and technical knowledge mentioned below to check the status of the printer and make sure this feature is disabled.
Start your Windows 10 operating system and open the "Control Panel"
Find and open "Hardware and Sound" and then click on the "Devices and Printers" folder
Right-click on "Printer Name" and select the option "See what's printing"
Click "Printer" and select all pending print jobs and check if the printer status is "Print Offline" or "Pause Printing".
If both options are enabled, uncheck them and click "OK"
