Help locating a lost friend.

Can anyone help me find Dimitri Dekker? He lived in Vreeland as a teenager with his parents. He would be around 45 years old at the time of this posting. He had mouse curly hair. I think he also has a cousin called Leo. Any help would be appreciated as I have been searching for over 25 years now. Thank you. x
