Help with Selling a Home in Lima

Hi There,
I'm trying to help my mother sell her home in Jesus Maria, Lima. What can be expected as far as Real Estate Commissions, Transfer Tax, IGV, Capital Gain Tax and any other fees associated with selling a home.
