I want to work in Puerto Rico

Hi everybody, i live in Milan, Italy. I'd love to move to Puerto Rico where my love lives. How can i find a job there? How can i find enterprises looking for an italian speaking? I work as Press Account/PR Account.
Do enterprises give to workers a visa?
