Preeschools, mother groups and apartments in San Sebastian?

We are moving the family to San Sebastian febuary 1. 2014. My husband is going to work at the university. We are expecting a baby in January 2014. I Will be home with the little one, but hope to finde a international kindergarten ore preschool for our daughter who is 3. Does any of you have experience with a good international kindergarten ore preschool in San Sebastian? Also I am curious if there is 'mother groups' or any thing like it? Finally I want to get your advice on where to live in the city? And where to look for an apartment?
