As I'm staying a long time here I'd like to know how Geneva is in summer. Is it dry and hot or is the temperature doable? Are there special events in the summer months and go people to other holiday destinations or do they have there holiday over there?

I think Geneva is beautiful in the summer and it's never too humid here. There are lots of events going on. The only problem is the nice weather period is so short (only about 6 weeks or so).

Hello there,
Geneva is empty from locals in August and filled with tourists but there is so much to do! The weather can be cold, but last year August was nice and hot, so you never know.
