Is Digilocker Marksheet valid for Visa

Hi, I'm applying in a university for my higher education in Hungary. I just want to know if Digilocker documents i.e. Class XII Marksheet is valid and can be submitted at the Visa Consulate provided, it is attested by a Notary / MEA.
