20+ Activities for ALL AGES and ABILITIES to "Have a Go" at on ALL INCLUSIVE tickets. Quality family friendly coaching from local sports providers and clubs as well as national governing bodies like England Netball. 30 - 45 minute sessions all happening concurrently and under cover (in the warm!) in the inspirational facilities of the Regional Athletics Arena & National Squash Centre. Sports include: Basketball, Athletics, Volleyball, Sprints, Relays & Races, Netball, Badminton, VX International, Squash, Racquetball, Table Tennis and many more. Plus Dance & Fitness Classes! Food and drink and a retail exhibition too. All activities are free with your ticket!
