Beaujolais Day, an incredibly popular tradition:
Every year on the third Thursday of November, France celebrates the release of Beaujolais Nouveau. A large number of bottles are open and the whole country joins a wine party!
Every year, French are very curious to discover the new taste - Banana? Red berries? Found out during our Wine Masterclass!
Philippe, our native French sommelier and teacher at the WSET, teaches you everything about the Beaujolais, from the winemaking process till the origin of the tradition.
During this course, you identify and describe flavour groups of wine and discuss sensory physiology including the visual, olfactory, textural, and taste aspects of different wines.
The experience is entirely in French. You have a casual conversation in French, meet people while drinking wine, exactly as if you were in the country!
