Namiwalks Greater Mississippi Valley

Every year NAMI Greater Mississippi Valley, brings together more than 1,200 people to raise mental health awareness and funds for free mental health education and support programs for individuals living with a mental health condition and their families.

This year we're using a combination of in-person and virtual activities. In-person registration and activities start at 8 a.m. with walk step off at 9:30 a.m. The in-person event is a traditional 5K walk. A family-friendly event with bands, kids activity station, dog spa and features more than 90+ walk teams from church, civic, school and family teams.

To join NAMIWalks Your Way, visit namiwalks.org/greatermississippivalley. There is no registration fee, but fundraising is encouraged. Funds raised here, stay here, for NAMI 's free local mental health programs.
