2 years rule is over: Good news for people leaving KSA on Exit re-entry

You can get new KSA visa if you have come on exit re-entry visa and failed to get final exit, only after your Iqama is expired. And, there is no 2 years entry restriction/ NOC policy exist now...

    Dear Fellows, I am an Engineer and I've been working in Saudi Arabia on a work visit visa (single entry) for five months now. My current employer did not owner the contract, which I negotiated and came here. They have not arranged a permanent visa for me and my family. Because of this, I do not have an Iqama as yet. Now I've been offered a new and better job in Jeddah with another employer and they are arranging a new visa for me. Am I eligible to go back to my country and come back on another permanent job visa immediately? Do I still require an NOC from my current employer as I am not on a permanent employment visa? Can any one please explain the process to me? I will be really thankful to you. Thank you

    I JUST WANT TO ASK ABOUT THE EXIT/RE-ENTRY VISA OF MY HUSBAND, HIS IQAMA WAS EXPIRED ALREADY LAST JUNE 16, 2013 AND THE VISA ALSO ARE EXPIRED. I WANT TO KNOW HOW MANY MONTHS HE SHOULD WAIT SO HE CAN COME BACK HERE IN THE KINGDOM FOR ANOTHER SPONSOR/COMPANY??...

    Dear Mubashar,

    I am also suffering from the same situation.I asked my kafeel for final exit and he agreed but i am not sure that he will give me final exit or exit re entry. In my opinion if you are sure that they will ban you from ksa. then you should go on exit re-entry and return to ksa immediately after few days. then wait for the iqama expiry. after expiration of your iqama you can transfer to any company without your company approval (within grace period until 3 Nov-13)..... (That was my opinion and i am not expert or legal advisor)

    I ASK FINAL EXIT FROM COMPANY 3 MONTHS BACK ...THEY DELAYED AND IN THE END TODAY THEY GIVE ME EXIT RE ENTRY OF 28 DAYS MY IQAMA EXPIRING IN 35 DAYS.... CAN I COME BACK ON NEW VISA??? i HAVE VISA READY... HOW CAN THEY STOP ME??? HOW TO CHECK BEFORE COMING IF THEY FILLED A CASE IN MINISTRY TO BLOCK ME TO ENTER?? AFTER COMING IF THEY KNOW ABOUT ME THEY CAN DO ANYTHING???

    I have problem with my sponsor regarding Transfer. he refused to transfer. now he is pushing me for exit reentry but i want to go on final exit. My concern is if i will go on exit re-entry is it possible that he can make me black listed for not entering in KSA. My iqama will expire on 4 Oct-2013. I want to join another company immediately my iqama expires.

    Please Reply if someone knows the exact answer
