exit re entry visa

i would like to know sir what is d latest rules about expired exit re entry and not able to return? should i wait a long years before i can work again in ksa to a new employer and new job? would there be no proble if i will work in Bahrain after my exit re entry visa expire and iqama expire? i dont have NOC but i was able to finish my contract from my previous employer. pls help me sir i am really confused on what to do? :(
