    I am Thakur Prasad Paudel, a Nepalese Citizen. I am young and energetic of 29 years old. I have been working for 9 years in a Hotel including 5 years experience in a 5 star Hotels(The Soaltee Crawne Plaza Kathmandu, A reputed 5* Hotel in Nepal) as senior level cook ( food production). I have excellence practical as well as theoretical knowledge and skills for multinational (Indian, Chiness, Italian, Mexican, Continental, Thai etc) cuisine including Nepalese. I have passed Bachelor in Arts from Tribhuvan University, Nepal. I have taken many training related to Food production. I am rewarded as best employee Award from Soaltee Crowne Plaza. I am also certified HACCP personnel.

    Now, I have keen interest to work in Australian Hotels and Restaurant, where I can excel my expertise of practical knowledge. I can manage entire kitchen including inventory management, food costing , dietary management, cool chain management etc.

    I am looking forward to exploring and expanding my career horizon.
