    That's right. I saw a documentary and it talked about all that, and there were so many kids graduating highschool that couldn't even read!! I mean read like an adult, not like an 8 year old.

    Amazing.

    And I think a lot of money is also wasted on football, and concerts, and uniforms, and cheerleading and so on.
