Hi,
Keeping in mind your two years experience, the offer is good and salary is sufficient for a living couple here in kuwait. Even if the company does not provide accomodation, you can rent a flat normally for around 150 KD. Transportation system is good in Kuwait. Buses and taxis, both are available. By the time, you get the driving license and a car, you'll have to travel either by bus or by taxi. I don't knwo where is your company and where you'll stay. So I can't tell you how much you'll spend for your transportation. But the salary you mentioned is good.
