want to know visa type printed on my passport

As salaam Alaikum,
I have reached Saudia Arabia 10 days back as SAP Administrator and the visa status printed is something like this in Arabic "Profession: mashghal jahaz tahbiaat naqhalat". I dont know the exact meaning of this, Please tell me the exact meaning of this and can i bring family after 3 or 4 months on this visa type. And when i checked with HR Dept of our company they told it is valid to get the family on this type but they told they will give it after 1 year.
My query is whether this visa type is valid to get family status and how much time it will take to process iqama as i have completed medical here.
Appreciate a early reply.
