    Dear Ahmed,

    it is really to attest from Ministry of Foreign affairs in Saudi Arabia. If you are located in Riyadh, just visit the MOFA office in Nazriya near shumaisy. they will charge 30 SAR per document to attest MOFA. before proceeding to MOFA those documents must be attested by Saudi Embassy & Saudi cultural attache in your home country.
