There is no EU-wide work permit, so you'd need a German national one.
That is only possible if there is no available EU citizen who can do the job (and needs to be hired preferentially). Tough, unless you are in IT, engineering, a medical profession or some other with a lack of skilled professionals.
Or you marry your German BF first - but I wouldn't rush it (you've done the mistake once!).
