DU Wrong Billing just to make money
On 13/10/2014 I received my Post paid Bill of 278 DIRHAMS for the number which I had long " deactivated" in March 2014.
This is a very troublesome and annoying situation for people who receives such wrong and unjustified billing.That number is no more in my use since march 2014.!!
I am not able to understand ,why such issues generate especially with DU customers. Complaining to DU customer service has been useless and sheer waste of time.I don,t know ,where to go or write to such injustice.I feel and understand that "problems" in life are not the stopping signs .They are rather "guidelines" Can any body guide me what to...... .."DO"??
