    Buona Sera a Tutti,

    I am a student, completed my Masters Degree from Napoli.

    I entered Italy on a Student Visa. My Visa will expire on 25th January 2016. But my permesso di soggiorno will expire on 12th January 2016.

    I am planning to go back to my native country for an emergency.

    Can i come back to Italy before 11th January 2016, without any legal problems ? because i have only two days to stay in Italy.

    Please give me a Replay as soon as possible. Also i need your suggestions on how can i extend my Visa.
