Are Czech men always so shy?

I have some Czech frineds and general I would say that Czech people are more reserved when you meet them (compared to, say, Italians :-), but this changes when you get to know them better.
As for the Czech guys, I don't think all of them are shy, this doesn't depend on the nationality (I know some Italians who are 27 and still shy to look a girl into the eye :-)
