    You need a form which you can get from isteqdam office.
    When you fill the form then go to your HR and make a salary letter on your company paper and then sign and stamp the form and the letter from your HR.Then verify the 2 papers from coc
    You dont need any marriage certificates.Its the requirement but they dont ask for it.
    You will need pssport copies of the visitors along with your passport and iqama photo copy.
    When you have all these papers just go istiqdam office they will issue you a green slip.
    Once yoy got green slip.then apply on internet through mofa website.print that form and attach it with the green slip along with your iqama copy and submitt it manually in mofa.
    Thats all.
    Procedure is a little long but is the best.
