i can share some information about your no. 2 and 3 questions
to obtain driver's license, u need to register and orig. passport and cpr are required, will cost u between 150-200 bd, and will take u 6-8 months time. in the actual driving session, it seems like u will drive 2 hrs a week
and w/ your accomodation, i believe u can have what u wanted in that amount, and it's good to have accomodation near your company
