I didnt intent to be a freelancer. Since my company (who I will be working for) cannot hire me directly, they found a service provider (now becoming ''my company/partner'') to give me a contract. So I am told that I should work like a freelancer.. I should pay the tax and insurance everything by myself... etc. My position is IT consultant.
About the Scheinslbstständigkeit, I dunno if I can find another client... but will it mean I just need another job? If that is a must, like teaching language/music instrument is ok?
But, I wonder if that is the only way I could go as a freelancer.. i just want to get this one year contract and continous my job here....
