Transfer fees for sending money to the Philippines

I am an online English teacher and I have students from many parts of the world. I usually use PayPal for my transactions but It surely will be better if there is a cheaper alternative. PayPal has a very low conversion rate.
Please post other countries' rate for sending to the Philippines.
