You need ivitation letter from this romanian girl ( official make with noter), or if you cant contact with girl, you must finde somebody from romania who will send you invitation letter. Like that you can have tourist visa for 30 day.
Busines visa can take too, but this i dont know how is working.
First contact with romanian ambasady in india, there is perfect information.

You will need money! not he!. You need to show money to embasady for to can take visa.
He must send invitation letter, and in your country you must go to romanaian embasady with invitation letter and bank account and i dont know how many kinde other documents. If you did take visa you can go to romania. After this if you want to stay there you will need living permision...this is again so long ...need to run so much..ROMANIA NOT GIVING SO EASY living permision, for why? i dont know..I want to go Romania too

I tried to do same too, becuase i love a man from there, so much, he lives there,but get the visa is so dificult, the only way, for some countries is getting an invitation letter, wish is not easy too, because they said , u can take it, with a turistic agency, but a called many, and they said, that are not avalible, to do that, the only way, is by a person, think so, but however, that person need at least, 3000 euro for to invited u, thats why my bf told me. IM SO SORRY, WE CANT BE TOGUETER, AND I LOVE HIM SO MUCH. Hope in day we can see us in real, or if someone can help me to go there, i will thanks 4ever, or i wil pay to that person, lol what he neeeds when i arrive there :) .
